Five Bosnian state prosecution witnesses were scheduled to be examined at this hearing. They were told to appear in court on September 30, when the trial will resume.

Puljic, the former commander of the Second Battalion of the Second Brigade of the Croatian Defense Council, has been charged with unlawfully arresting and detaining civilians, as well as sending them to locations where they performed forced labour.

According to the charges, 11 Bosniak civilians were killed and more than 70 were wounded due to forced labour and abuse.
