The proceedings against Djordjic had been separated from those of nine other defendants due to his poor health. The proceedings have now been discontinued.
Djordjic, who was in poor health, had been admitted to a hospital for medical treatment.
He was charged with the murder of 67 civilians in the village of Lokanj in the summer of 1992.
