Coloman, a former member of the Seventh Muslim Brigade of the Bosnian Army, has been charged with killing civilians who were held at a youth center in the village of Poculice on April 24, 1993. Coloman allegedly opened fire at the civilians from an automatic weapon, killing three people and wounding nine more.

The defense of Milun Kornjaca will present its closing arguments at the appeals chamber of the Bosnian state court on Tuesday, July 7. Kornjaca was found guilty of detaining and assaulting Bosniak civilians who were held in a container in Mostina in 1992. He was sentenced to five years in prison.

Kornjaca was acquitted of charges of failing to punish his subordinates for killing civilians in a hunting lodge on May 19, 1992, and of contributing to the murder of civilians from the village of Brdo. He was not tried for these charges.

The last state prosecution witness in the Nikola Maric trial will be examined on Thursday, July 9. Maric has been charged with war crimes in Prozor.

Selman Busnov, who’s been charged with committing war crimes against Serb civilians in Kladanj, will continue testifying in his own defense on Friday, July 10. Busnov is facing trial with Safet Mujcinovic, Zijad Hamzic, Nusret Muhic, Ramiz Halilovic, Nedzad Hodzic, Osman Gogic and Kahro Vejzovic, all former members of the Territorial Defense and the military.
