The Bosnian state court partially accepted a motion by the state prosecution to impose a series of prohibitive measures on Miletic. The measures include a ban on leaving her place of residence, an obligation to report to a state body two times a week, a ban on meeting certain individuals, and a ban on approaching witnesses at a distance of less than 100 meters. The court also banned Miletic from communicating with staff at the court and the prosecution.
Ramo Brkic, another suspect in the case, was ordered into house arrest with random police checks.
During yesterday’s hearing, prosecutor Dzermin Pasic asked the court to extend custody measures against Senad Sabic, the third suspect in the case, for an additional two months.
Miletic, Brkic, and Sabic are suspected of having accepted or given bribes, in order to obtain a favourable ruling in a separate case conducted against Brkic and Sabic at the Bosnian state court.
If the suspects violate their prohibitive measures, they may be ordered into custody.
