Sisic, a former member of the Bosnian Serb Army, has been charged with raping a woman twice at the Samac memorial center between May-June 1992. Members of the Bosnian Serb Army were staying at the Samac memorial center at the time.
Defense attorney Goran Blagojevic said the defense would examine the defendant and present the court with three witnesses.
As per a request by district prosecutor Snjezana Petrovic, the rest of the hearing was closed to public out of consideration for the victim.
Sisic pleaded not guilty on January 28.
