Two decades after the end of the war, the position, but also the rights of women-victims of sexual violence are still not fully resolved. Competent institutions have failed, and there is no law at the state level, or programs for economic empowerment. Thanks to the individuals, who have enough strength and motivation, a number of women today again found their place in the society.
