Djordjic was ordered into home detention. Policemen will visit him three times a week in order to check whether he respects the State Court’s decision.
“In case the suspect violates the prohibiting measures, he may be ordered into custody,” the Court of BiH said.
The Court of BiH ordered an extension of custody for the nine remaining suspects until the middle of next month.
The custody measure was extended for Goran Maksimovic, Ljiljan Mitrovic, Slavko Peric, Mile Vujevic, Vukasin Draskovic, Gojko Stevanovic, Cvjetko Popadic, Rajo Lazarevic and Mico Manojlovic due to the existence of a fear that they might influence witnesses and destroy or hide evidence.
They have been held in custody since mid-December last year. They are suspected of having participated in the murder of 67 non-Serb civilians in Lokanj village in the summer of 1992.
