Jadranko Saran, Fahrudin Tadzic-Hadziosmanagic, Samir Sabic and Zijad Kadic are charged with the unlawful detention of the Serb civilian population and one Croat civilian, murder and inhumane treatment of people.

The unconfirmed indictment alleges that those crimes were committed on September 17, 1995 and in the period from December 14, 1995 to July 12, 1996.

An announcement issued by the State Prosecution says that they performed functions of Chief of the Public Safety Station in Bosanska Krupa, Commander of the Police Station, Commander of the Police Section and policeman in Jasenica.

Saran and Hadziosmanagic Tadzic are also charged with the unjustified delay of the return of prisoners of war and Serb and Croat civilians following the end of the armed conflict.
