Besides the reports on the examination of the indictees and injured parties, the State Prosecution presented a record from 1992 taken from the Kotor-Varos Dispensary referring to injured party S4.
The Defence of the indictees did not object to the State Prosecution’s evidence.
The material evidence was presented at the trial of Bosiljko and Ostoja Markovic, former members of the Kotor-Varos Brigade with the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, who are charged with having raped a minor.
The indictment alleges that she was raped in a minivan and that the indictee and that another person raped her in the moving vehicle several times.
Prior to the end of its evidence presentation, the Prosecution of BiH is yet due to examine witness Sekula Juric and read a statement given by deceased witness Ante Antunovic.
According to State Prosecution’s information, Juric lives and works in Germany. Prosecutor Olivera Djuric said that she had still not contacted witness Juric.
“Sekula Juric’s brother is the only person, who could give us the witness’ phone number. However, he said that the two of them were in bad relations and Sekula had not contacted his family for a while,” the Prosecutor said.
The next hearing is scheduled for January 27.
