Indictment against Lalicic Confirmed
The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, confirms an indictment against Zaim Lalicic, charging him with crimes against Serb civilians in Ilidza municipality.

Lalicic is charged with having raped and sexually abused a female person in 1992 and 1993 and participated in mental and physical abuse of a detained civilian.
According to the State Prosecution’s charges, Lalicic, the then member of the First Corps of the Army of BiH, committed these crimes as a guard at the detention facility located in an unfinished basement of a residential building in Hrasnica.
He was arrested on December 8, 2014. After that he was ordered into home detention and banned from traveling and meeting the witnesses.
