The Prosecution has charged V. P., a former member of the Sarajevo-Romanija Corps of the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, with having abused and treated non-Serb members of a working squad in an inhumane manner.
The Prosecution announced that V. P. committed the crimes against civilians in the period from 1992 to 1994.
The indictment has been filed with the Sarajevo Cantonal Court, which will decide whether to confirm it or not.
