Reports Due to Illegal Weapon Possession

Sixty-seven pieces of material evidence were presented at this hearing. Among them were decisions, ordering custody for several persons. The Defence of indictee Fadil Covic objected to the relevance and lawfulness of those pieces of evidence.
Criminal reports filed by the Public Safety Station in Hadzici against 253 persons for the illegal possession of weapons or explosive materials were included in the case file as well. The criminal reports, each of which was individually proposed as evidence accompanying the indictment, were filed against Branko Lojanica, Milorad Todorovic, Milovan Andric, Mladen Golub and others.
Commenting this set of documents, the Defence of indictee Nezir Kazic said that, in 22 cases the reports did not contain signatures.
Mustafa Djelilovic, Fadil Covic, Mirsad Sabic, Nezir Kazic, Becir Hujic, Halid Covic, Serif Mesanovic and Nermin Kalember are on trial for crimes committed in “Silos”, the “Krupa” military barracks and the “9. maj” school building.
The material evidence introduced at this hearing also included documents referring to the work and actions by the Section for Fighting Crime with the Public Safety Station in Hadzici, decisions on the release of certain prisoners from the temporary prison in Tarcin as well as working bulletins covering the period June-November 1992.
Most of the Defence teams said that they did not have formal objections to these pieces of evidence, but they would comment on the worthiness of those documents in their closing statements.
