They were arrested on December 4. The Court of BiH released them from custody after having accepted a State Prosecution’s proposal to release them and prohibit them from contacting the witnesses and other suspects in this case.

They are suspected of having committed the crimes in the capacity as Chief of the Public Safety Station in Bosanska Krupa, Commander of the Police Station, Commander of a section, which, in organizational terms, belonged to the Public Safety Station in Bosanska Krupa, and as a policeman.

They are suspected of having unlawfully detained, tortured and abused several tens of Serb and Croat victims, who were held in several buildings in Bosanska Krupa.
