The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, charges Mitrovic and Glogovac, who were allegedly accompanied by other soldiers of the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, with having caused severe bodily physical and mental suffering of Bosniak and Croat civilians and prisoners of war, who were detained in the basement premises of “Franjo Herljevic” hunters’ house in Kamenica village, Zavidovici municipality, from June to December 1992.

The indictment alleges that Mitrovic was member of the Second Ozren Light Infantry Brigade of VRS and Glogovac was member of military police with the “Doboj” Operational Group with the 1st Krajina Corps of VRS at that time.

The indictment was confirmed on October 14 this year.

The Balkan Investigative Reporting Network of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BIRN BiH, the “Forgotten Children of War” Association, and the Srebrenica Memorial Centre presented a Database of Judicially Established Facts about the War and a handbook, How to Learn ad Teach about the War in Bosnia and Herzegovina, a tool for educating young people, combatting denial and relativization of verdicts, and building peace and mutual understanding.
