Suspects S.J., T.H.F., S.S., and K.Z. committed crimes against victims of Serb, and in one case, Croat ethnicity, according to the Prosecution of BIH.
 
According to the statement of the Prosecution of BIH, suspects of the committed crimes were Chief of the Public Safety Station (SJB) at Bosanska Krupa, a police station commander, a department commander and a police officer in Jasenica, which organizationally belonged to SJB Bosanska Krupa.
 
The suspects, according to the Prosecution of BIH, committed crimes on September 17 1995, as well in the period from December 14 1995 to July 12 1996.
 
S.J., T.H.F., S.S., and K.Z., are suspected of having illegally detained, tortured and abused several dozens of victims of Serb and Croat ethnicity, who were held in several facilities in Bosanska Krupa.
 
The Prosecution of BIH suspects that the crime was committed by those with “individual and command responsibility.”
 
During the day they will be delivered to the prosecutor who will decide on whether to seek custody of the suspects.
