The Trial Chamber accepted a request by Defence attorney Milos Peric and decided to exclude the public for the sake of protecting the witness’ interests. The witness testified via video link from another country.

The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, charges Popovic with having participated in the abuse, beating, torture and sexual abuse of Bosniak men and women in Uzamnica detention camp in Vsegrad in 1992.  

According to the schedule of hearings, this trial is due to continue on December 3.
