A protected state prosecution witness testifying at the Jovan Popovic trial said he and the defendant lived in the same neighbourhood in Visegrad. He said he didn’t see Popovic in their neighbourhood at the beginning of the war.

In todays hearing of the Goran Popovic trial, prosecutor Seid Marusic gave his closing statements. He said the existence of a widespread and systematic attack against the non-Serb population in Visegrad has been proven, and that Popovic deliberately undertook actions that were a part of that attack.
After the Bosnian state court accepted an amended indictment in the Goran Popovic case, the evidentiary hearing ended and closing arguments were scheduled.
