Josipovic and Tesic pleaded not guilty to the charges that they participated in the supervision and commission of forced resettlement of the civilian population from Potocari, separating men from their families, transporting and detaining more than 1,000 Bosniak men and boys in Bratunac on July 12 and 13. It is alleged that they were later killed.

Josipovic is charged in his capacity as former Chief of the Public Safety Station in Bratunac and Tesic as former Deputy Commander of the Police Station in Bratunac.

The indictment was confirmed on October 2.
