The indictment, which the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, confirmed on October 8, charges Boskovic with having committed crimes against the civilian population in Djulici village, Zvornik municipality, where VRS members committed the mass shooting of Bosniaks, who were captured following the fall of Srebrenica, in mid-July 1995.

Srecko Boskovic, also known as Sreco, is charged with having approached a boy, not older than 15, and told him that he was free to go. When the boy began walking away, he killed him from an automatic rifle.

It is alleged that the boy’s body was dumped into a mass grave together with the bodies of other victims.

The beginning date of the trial is due to be set at a later stage.
