Bosnia Arrests Two War Crimes Suspects
The Bosnian State Investigation and Protection Agency arrested two Croat fighters suspected of war crimes in Livno during the 1990s conflict.

State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) police officers on Wednesday arrested Zdenko Andabak, a former Bosnian Croat soldier and Zoran Vrdoljak, a former official with the wartime Croat-led Herceg-Bosna statelet’s Internal Affairs Ministry, on suspicion they took part in crimes against civilians in Livno in 1993.
The two suspects are accused of killing two Bosniak civilians in July 1993 and abusing another person.
