On Tuesday, October 7 the trial is due to begin in the case against Marijan Brnjic, Martin Barukcic, as well as Pavo and Ilija Glavas, who are charged with having brought victims from various locations to houses and other facilities in the Odzak area, where they raped, beat, abused and humiliated them.
 
On that same day the Court will consider a State Prosecution’s proposal to order custody or prohibiting measures against Slavko Savic, who was arrested on September 30 due to a suspicion that he committed crimes in Vogosca municipality in 1993.
 
The trial for crimes in Visegrad, which are charged upon Oliver Krsmanovic, is due to continue on Tuesday, just like the trial for crimes in Dretelj, which are charged upon Ivan Zelenika, Srecko Herceg, Edib Buljubasic, Ivan Medic and Marina Grubisic-Fejzic, former members of the Croatian Defence Forces, HOS.
 
At the trial of Vehid Subotic, who is charged with crimes in Dusina village, Zenica, the State Prosecution is due to examine two witnesses, as part of presentation of additional evidence, on Tuesday. This will mark the end of the evidence presentation process.
 
On Monday, October 6 the trial is due to continue in the case against Dragan Sekaric for crimes committed in Gorazde and Visegrad.
 
The trial for crimes in Kladanj committed in June 1992, which are charged upon Hariz Habibovic, former policeman with the Police Station in Stupari, is due to continue on Wednesday, October 8.
 
On that same day the State Prosecution is due to present material evidence at the trial of Goran and Jovan Popovic, who are charged with crimes in Visegrad. The continuation of the trial of Vitomir Rackovic, which was discontinued a month ago due to the fact that the indictee had to undergo medical treatment, is scheduled for that same day. Rackovic, former member of the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, is charged with having committed war crimes in Visegrad.
 
On Thursday, October 9 the trial is due to continue for crimes committed in Mount Igman, Hadzici, which are charged upon Nedzad Hodzic and Dzevad Salcin.
 
The retrial for crimes in Krajina, which are charged upon Mehura Selimovic, Adil Ruznic and Emir Mustafic, is due to continue on Wednesday.
