The indictment charges the former members of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, ABiH, with inhumane treatment of people and pillaging of their property.

According to the charges, on September 15, 1992 Talovic and Tursunovic, who were dressed in camouflage uniforms and armed with automatic rifles, came to civilian Milivoje Prodanovic’s house in Zivinice, got the rifles ready for shooting and pointed them towards him, while threatening him verbally.

When the injured party ran to the bathroom, the indictment alleges that the indictees fired several bullets, broke into the bathroom, knocked him down and hit him with rifle butts all over his body, causing him light bodily injuries.

“After that they confiscated his automobile, TV, food and drink and left the place,” said Admir Arnautovic, Spokesperson of the Tuzla Cantonal Prosecution.
