Tolics Trial Postponed
The trial of ex Bosnian Croat fighter Josip Tolic charged with crimes in Odzak and Bosanski Brod was postponed after a Bosnian prosecution witness did not come to the hearing.

According to the Trial chamber president Stanisa Gluhajic the witness did not give the reasons for failure to arrive, and the Bosnian prosecution said it would not call this witness again. This was the last scheduled prosecution witness.
Josip Tolic, a member of the 102 Brigade of the Bosnian Croat Army, is on trial for abusing Bosnian Serb prisoners in Odzak and Bosanski Brod between May and October 1992.
The trial will resume on September 19, when the Bosnian prosecution will admit material evidence.
