Prosecution Wants Hasan Icanovic in Custody

The Bosnian State prosecution has asked the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina to order one month custody for former member of the Bosnian Army Hasan Icanovic who is suspected of crimes in Velika Kladusa.

The Prosecution asked for custody because they fear Icanovic might flee. He was arrested on Wednesday, August 27.

Icanovic, former member of the Bosnian Army Fifth corps is suspected of killing two prisoners of war in 1994.

The Court will decide on the request at a later date.
