The plea hearing is scheduled for Thursday, July 24. The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, charges Godinjak, Saric and Bunoza with having participated in a joint criminal enterprise with the aim of killing and detaining Serb civilians and captured members of the Republika Srpska Army.

According to the charges, Godinjak was Chief of the Public Safety Station in Trnovo, Saric was Commander of the Territorial Defence in Trnovo, while Bunoza was Commander of units of the Croatian Defence Forces, HOS.

The trial of Mensur Memic, Dzevad Salcin, Senad Hakalovic, Nedzad Hodzic, who are charged with crimes in Trusina, is due to continue on Monday, July 21 and Friday, July 25. At these hearings Bojadzic’s Defence will continue presenting material evidence.

On Friday the trial is due to continue in the case against Safet Mujcinovic, Zijad Hamzic, Selman Busnov, Nusret Muhic, Ramiz Halilovic, Nedzad Hodzic, Hariz Habibovic, Osman Gogic and Kahro Vejzovic, who are charged with crimes in Kladanj, as well as Josip Tolic for crimes in the Odzak and Bosanski Brod areas.

On Wednesday, July 23 the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina is due to continue presenting evidence at the trial of Ostoja Stanisic and Marko Milosevic, who are charged with genocide in Srebrenica.
