The Prosecution filed the revised indictment in writing with the Court of BiH on June 2. The Defence teams submitted their written responses to the changes, but the public has not been informed about them.

Following the revision of the indictment, the Defence of Milisavljevic announced that another witness would be examined. Neither the Defence of Pantelic and Tasic nor the Prosecution will present any new pieces of evidence.
The Prosecution of BiH charges Predrag Milisavljevic and Milos Pantelic with having participated in the murder of several tens of Bosniaks near the Paklenik pit, Sokolac municipality. Besides that, they are charged, along with Ljubomir Tasic, with having participated in the forced resettlement of more than 500 Bosniak civilians from the Visegrad area.

According to the original indictment, Milisavljevic and Pantelic were reserve policemen in Visegrad, while Tasic was a member of the VRS.

The examination of the additional witness by Milisavljevic’s Defence is scheduled for July 8. One week after that the Prosecution is due to present its closing statement.
