At the trial for crimes in Vogosca, the Bosnian State Prosecution introduced around 60 pieces of evidence, to which Branko Vlaco’s Defence objected to 20.
The Prosecution introduced into evidence a document of the First Light Motorised Brigade of the Bosnian Serb army from August 26, 1992 relating to ten Vogosca prisoners, who were taken to work on Zuc mountain.
The Defence objected to this evidence, and to a document relating to 25 workers who were under the command of Branko Vlaco.
Vlaco is accused of being the warden of the Bunker, Planjina Kuca, Sonja and Nakina Garaza detention camps in Vogosca, where he established a system to abuse imprisoned civilians.
Among the evidence the Defence did not object to, the Prosecution introduced documents from the Defence Ministry and Bosnian Serb army Vogosca brigade, as well as documents about the arrest and release of certain individuals and the wounding and death of prisoners taken to dig trenches on the frontlines.
Vlaco’s trial continues on March 12.
