Prosecutor Vesna Ilic objected to relevance of those pieces of evidence. The Defence explained that it presented those witnesses’ statements due to their credibility and differences between testimonies.

Dzeko is charged with having killed Croat civilians and members of the Croatian Defence Council, HVO, in Trusina village, near Konjic, on April 16, 1993.

Prosecutor Ilic announced that she would present additional pieces of evidence in order to oppose the Defence’s evidence.

The trial is due to continue on February 18.
