Doboj Court Frees Vojin Lukic

The District Court in Doboj has found Vojin Lukic not guilty of crimes against civilians in the Doboj jail in 1992.

Lukic was freed of charges that he beat up former Doboj police officer Saban Ibrakovic in the prison.

“The Court found that Ibrakovic was beaten up while he was detained, but the Prosecution did not prove who beat him up”, said presiding judge Mladen Ruzojicic.

This verdict can be appealed.
