Due to wrong application of criminal laws in BiH over 20 verdicts for war crimes brought by the Court of BiH are questionable. Numerous legal experts and the prosecutor’s office seem to believe that processing of old war crime cases will cause additional expenses, waste of time, and ultimately block the Court. However, the Court of BiH reassures the public they can manage the situation and that there won’t be any backsets.The guest of this month’s edition is the Constitutional Court of BiH judge Valerija Galic.In December, TV Justice asked the citizens about their opinion on the decision of the Court of BiH to release of 10 convicted war criminals for genocide due to wrong criminal code application.
