Dragicevic is charged with having robbed and abused the non-Serb population in Grbavica, Vraca and Kovacici neighbourhoods, Sarajevo, and raped one person from May 1992 to December 1994. The pronouncement of the verdict is scheduled for Friday, November 22.

The trial of Goran Saric for genocide in Srebrenica in July 1995 is due to begin on Tuesday, November 19, when the indictment will be read and State Prosecution’s introductory statement presented.

The retrial of Goran and Zoran Damjanovic for crimes in the Sarajevo area is due to begin on Thursday, November 21. At that hearing the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina will read the indictment and present its introductory statement.  

The Defence of indictee Savo Babic, who is charged with crimes in Bratunac, is due to examine its first witnesses on Monday, November 18. On that same day the trials are due to continue in the case against Mensur Memic, Dzevad Salcin, Nedzad Hodzic, Nihad Bojadzic, Zulfikar Alispago and Senad Hakalovic, who are indicted for crimes in Trusina, as well as Dragomir Soldat, Velemir Djuric and Zoran Babic for crimes in Carakovo village.

On Tuesday the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina is due to complete the presentation of evidence by introducing its material evidence at the trial of Srecko Herceg, Ivan Zelenika, Edib Buljubasic, Ivan Medic and Marina Grubisic-Fejzic, who are charged with crimes in Dretelj.

Edin Dzeko, who is charged with crimes in Trusina, Oliver Krsmanovic, who is on trial for crimes in Visegrad, Najdan Mladjenovic and Savo Zivkovic, who are charged with crimes in Bratunac, as well as Predrag Milisavljevic, Milos Pantelic and Ljubomir Tasic, who are charged with crimes in Visegrad, are due to appear in court on that same day.  

On Wednesday, November 20 the trials are due to continue in the case against Branko Vlaco for crimes in Vogosca, Ivo and Veselko Raguz, who are on trial for crimes in Dretelj, as well as Ostoja Stanisic and Marko Milosevic, who are charged with genocide in Srebrenica. The trial of Milun Kornjaca, who is charged with crimes in the Cajnice area, is due to continue on that same day.  

The continuation of the trial of Vehid Subotic, who is charged with crimes in Zenica, is scheduled for Wednesday and Friday.

Following a request for exemption of Prosecutor Vesna Budimir made at the last hearing, the trial of Nedzad Hodzic and Dzevad Salcin, who are charged with crimes on Mount Igman is due to continue on Thursday, November 21.

On that same day new witnesses are due to appear at the trials of Mustafa Djelilovic, Fadil Covic, Mirsad Sabic, Nezir Kazic, Becir Hujic, Halid Covic, Serif Mesanovic and Nermin Kalember, who are charged with crimes in the Hadzici area, and Zeljko Jukic, who is charged with crimes in Prozor.

On Friday the trials are due to continue in the case against Ibro Macic, who is charged with crimes in Konjic, Safet Mujcinovic, Selman Busnov, Nusret Muhic, Zijad Hamzic, Ramiz Halilovic, Nedzad Hodzic, Hariz Habibovic, Kahro Vejzovic and Osman Gogic, who are indicted for crimes in Kladanj, and Ramiz Avdovic and Iulian-Nicolae Vintila for crimes in Sarajevo.
