The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina presented four minutes from examination of witnesses as material evidence. By including those documents in the case file, the Prosecution completed the presentation of its evidence.

Although the examination of Zoran Marinic was due to take place at this hearing, his testimony was postponed due to his illness.

“My client is sick. He has flu and high temperature, so he is not capable of testifying,” Defence attorney Branka Praljak said, adding that Marinic would testify at the next hearing.

Zoran Marinic and Zoran Milic, former members of HVO, are on trial for having participated in the murder of four Bosniaks in the Busovaca area in 1993, causing of bodily injuries, as well as unlawful and arbitrary destruction of property.

The Defence of indictee Zoran Milic announced that it would present a few pieces of material evidence and examine two protected witnesses.

According to the State Court’s schedule of hearings, this trial is due to continue on October 17.
