On Tuesday, May 14 a plea hearing is scheduled to take place in the case against Safet Mujcinovic, Selman Busnov, Nusret Muhic, Zijad Hamzic, Ramiz Halilovic, Nedzad Hodzic, Hariz Habibovic and Osman Gogic, who are charged with abusing Serb civilians in Stupari village, near Kladanj.
On that same day the presentation of evidence is due to continue at the trials of Edin Dzeko, a former member of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, who is charged with crimes in Konjic and Jablanica, and Predrag Milisavljevic, Milos Pantelic and Ljubomir Tasic, who are charged with murders and other crimes in Visegrad.
On Wednesday, May 15 the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina will examine new witnesses at the trials of Zemir Kovacevic, who is charged with crimes in Bosanski Brod, and Ostoja Stanisic and Marko Milosevic, who are charged with genocide in Srebrenica, while the defence of Milun Kornjaca will continue presenting evidence at the trial for murder and persecution in Cajnice.
Zoran Dragicevic, who is charged with crimes in Sarajevo, Branko Vlaco, who is on trial for mistreating detainees in detention camps in Vogosca, and Veselko and Ivo Raguz, who are indicted for crimes in Stolac and Capljina, are due to appear in court on that same day.
A pre-trial status conference in the case of Osman Brkan and Ibro Macic, who are charged with crimes against civilians in Blace village, Konjic municipality, in 1992, is due to be held on Thursday, May 16.
On that same day the trials are due to continue in the case of Zeljko Jukic for crimes in Prozor, as well as Mustafa Djelilovic, Fadil Covic, Mirsad Sabic, Nezir Kazic, Becir Hujic, Halid Covic, Serif Mesanovic and Nermin Kalember, who are charged with crimes in the Hadzici area.
The trials of Ramiz Avdovic and Iulian-Nicolae Vintila, who are indicted for crimes in Sarajevo, and Dragomir Soldat, Velemir Djuric and Zoran Babic, charged with crimes in Prijedor, are scheduled to continue on Friday.
In the week ahead the retrials are due to continue in the case against Marko Adamovic and Bosko Lukic for crimes in Kljuc and Nisvet Gasal, Musajb Kukavica and Senad Dautovic, who are charged with crimes against civilians in Bugojno.
The retrials of Zeljko Ivanovic, who is charged with genocide in Srebrenica, and Milan Peric, Predrag Terzic, Spasoje Doder and Aleksandar Cerovina, who are charged with participation in crimes in Kalinovik, are due to continue on Tuesday and Wednesday.
