Among other things, the indictment alleges that indictees Osman Brkan and Ibro Macic, former members of the Army of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, ARBiH, killed four old Serb women, whose bodies have still not been found, in Blace village, Konjic municipality on or approximately on June 13, 1992.

Macic is charged with having participated, as member of ARBiH military police, in the torture, sexual abuse and inhumane treatment of Serb and Croat prisoners, who were held in the premises of the “Musala” school building in Konjic in the period from April to October 1993.

The trial of the indictees is due to begin in the coming period.
