Milic, a former member of the Croat Defence Council (HVO) is charged with taking part in the killing and injuring Bosniak civilians on 26 April 1993 together with the accused Zoran Marinic.“By opening fire and using a knife he took part in the killing of four Bosniak civilians and injuring one other during the attack on their homes,” it is stated in the press release of the BiH Prosecutor’s Office.As stated further, an old man and a disabled person were killed in the attack, whereas a 16-year old boy and a girl later succumbed to their wounds.“During the attack on Bosniak civilians, Zoran Milic also participated in the torching of their family home,” the press release states. At the end of last year, the BiH Prosecutor’s Office also charged Zoran Marinic with this crime and the trial is set for 12 April.The indictment against Milic has been forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation. He is being held in custody.
