Dragicevic is suspected of having participated in crimes as indictee Veselin ‘Batko’ Vlahovic’s accomplice, and committed torture, physical abuse, unlawful detention and the rape of civilians.

Vlahovic is on trial before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina for murders, rape, disappearances and other crimes committed in the Grbavica, Kovacici and Vraca neighbourhoods of Sarajevo.
