Sarajevo and Zagreb hosted two ICTY organized conferences about the heritage of the former Yugoslavia. The aim of these conferences was to discuss the achievements made in transitional justice and dealing with the past in the region. At both events, the participants raised questions about the legacy of The Hague Tribunal after its closure, and its use in the future.
