Zivkovic was arrested by the State Investigation and Protection Agency, SIPA on Saturday, June 16 due to a suspicion that he committed crimes against humanity.

He is suspected of having committed crimes against the Bosniak population in Hranca village, Bratunac municipality in May 1992.

Four persons, including a six-year old girl, were killed in the attack on this village on May 3, 1992. Also, nine people were captured and taken away. Those persons have never been seen alive again. Hranca was attacked again six days later, when at least 14 people were killed.
