Local Justice – Bogdanic: Not Guilty Plea
This post is also available in: Bosnian
At a plea hearing held before preliminary hearing judge Svjetlana Maric, Bogdanic said that he did not commit the crime for which he is charged.
The District Prosecution in Banja Luka charges Bogdanic with having killed one non-Serb in Kotor Varos municipality in September 1993.
Valentina Stanic, Defence attorney for Bogdanic, announced that the Defence would ask the Court to conduct a reconstruction of the events in the presence of court experts under the same conditions in which the crime originally happened.
“In addition, we ask the Court to examine Bogdanic and the injured party’s wife using a lie detector,” Stanic said.
