At the trial of Miladin Bogdanic before the District Court in Banja Luka, Defence witnesses say that the indictee helped them during the war, adding that he was “well-behaved”.

Testifying for the District Prosecution in Banja Luka, witness Sabiha Kovacevic says that indictee Miladin Bogdanic killed her husband Mujo in 1993.

Miladin Bogdanic appears before the District Court in Banja Luka and pleads not guilty to the charges that he committed war crimes in Kotor Varos in 1993.
