In November, Andjelinovic, court medicine expert, presented his finding and opinion about the cause of death of Vlatko Kapetanovic, whose murder is charged upon the indictee.

Slavica Terzic, state prosecutor, considers his findings incomplete, and therefore insisted on him to complete it, based on new documentation about Vlatko Kapetanovic submitted to the expert witness.

Osmic, a former military policeman with the 307th Brigade of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, ABiH, is charged with having participated in the detention, murders and torture of Croats who were detained in various buildings in Bugojno and forced them to perform hard labour during the course of 1993 and 1994.

The indictment alleges that, in late July 1993 Osmic participated in taking Vlatko Kapetanovic from the Marxist Centre–Cloister premises, in which he was detained, and in his murder.

Andjelinovic is due to be examined via video link on January 5, 2011.
