As announced by the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, indictee Peric may be held in custody until the end of the trial or for a maximum of three years from the indictment confirmation date, i.e. until October 15, 2013.

According to the same decision, prohibiting measures were ordered against indictees Doder, Terzic and Cerovina. The measures include a ban on coming within 50 meters of witnesses, other indictees or suspects.

Milan Peric and Spasoje Doder, former Chiefs of the Patrol Section with the Public Safety Station in Kalinovik, are charged with having participated in the persecution of the Bosniak population in Kalinovik municipality in 1992. Predrag Terzic and Aleksandar Cerovina, former officers at the Public Safety Station, are charged with the same crimes.

The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina considers that the indictees participated in attacks on Jelasac and Vihovici villages, Kalinovik municipality, in June 1992. It further considers that they took part in the capture of Bosniaks who were then detained in the Miladin Radojevic school building in Kalinovik.

Peric has been held in custody since his arrest in May 2010. The indictment against the four former members of the Public Safety Station in Kalinovik was confirmed on October 13, 2010.
