Following a Defence motion, the State Court has partialy lifted the prohibition measures that had been imposed on Mladen Drljaca and Jovan Ostojic.
Both men, who are defending themselves while at liberty, had been obliged to report daily to the local police station in Banja Luka. Under the new ruling they must continue to do this, but only once a week.
Other measures will remain in force at least untl the next review, which is set for September 10.
The indictment alleges that Gojko Klickovic, Mladen Drljaca and Jovan Ostojic participated in a range of crimes committed in Bosanska Krupa in the course of 1992 and a joint criminal enterprise that began in the summer of 1991.
In mid April 2009, the Court lifted prohibition measures that had prevented Drljaca from contacting Prosecution witnesses. He has been at liberty since August 2008, after the Court accepted bail amounting to KM 536,690.
By that decision, Drljaca is obliged not to leave Banja Luka, or to contact other possible culprits, or to attend public or private gatherings. He has also had to hand over his personal document to the local authorities.
Since July 2008, Ostojic has also been at liberty. His bail was set at 371,690 KM. He had t hand over his documents to the authorities, and is forbidden from leaving the municipalitiy where he lives.
Klickovic is in detention. His Defence has several times offered bail but each time the offer has been rejected.
