Hundreds of Sarajevans on Monday laid flowers and wreaths on a truck carrying the remains of 35 people who wre killed in the massacres 23 years ago will be buried during the annual Srebrenica genocide commemoration on July 11 at the Potocari Memorial Centre.

The victims include three minors and a pregnant woman, Remzija Dudic, who was 20 years old when she was killed together with her husband Nijazija in July 1995.

Their remains were found in the Rasica Gaj mass grave in the Vlasenica area in 2016.

The minors who will be buried on Wednesday were 16 and 17 years old at the time of their murder.

According to verdicts handed down by the Hague Tribunal and the Bosnian state court, more than 7,000 Bosniak men and boys from Srebrenica were killed by Bosnian Serb forces in the genocide. So far, a total of 6,575 victims have been buried at the Potocari Memorial Centre.
