Trial chamber chairman Zoran Bozic said, “I have lost my patience with you. I have not fined you before, because I would have felt sorry to send the witnesses back.”

After having been warned, Cilic continued asking questions prohibited by the trial chamber. He was then fined.

Cilic represents Zdenko Andabak, who has been charged with Muamir Jasarevic and Sead Velagic for crimes committed in Livno.

According to the charges, Andabak was the commander of the military police of the Croatian Defense Council for the North-Western Herzegovina Operational Zone, Jasarevic was his deputy and Velagic was a member of the crime service of the Croatian Defense Council military police.

Cilic was previously warned about his behaviour several times during this trial.
