During a status conference held at the state court, prosecutor Sanja Jukic said plea bargaining with Soldo had already begun and that a final decision would be reached by the end of the week.||Soldo has been charged with having unlawfully detained a Bosniak woman in a bungalow at Boracko Lake, which was located within a Bosnian Serb Army camp. He allegedly raped and forced the woman to perform hard labour from June-July 1992.||According to the indictment, the injured party had to clean bungalows at the camp and wash military uniforms and footwear. She was allegedly subjected to mistreatment and humiliation, as well as rape by other soldiers.||Prosecutor Jukic said if the parties don’t come to an agreement, the state prosecution intends to examine 12 witnesses and one court expert and present approximately 30 pieces of material evidence.||Soldo’s defense did not present its list of evidence.||If the plea bargaining fails, the trial will begin on October 29 with a reading of the indictment.
