Dostic, a former Bosnian Serb fighter, is suspected of having committed crimes against humanity and rape from April to December 1992.

The state prosecution alleges that in the beginning of June 1992, Dostic forcibly entered the house of a woman in the village of Ljubovici. The woman was in an advanced stage of pregnancy and by usage of force and threat of arms, he raped her.

The state prosecution will request prohibitive measures for Dostic, including the seizure of his travel documents, a ban on leaving his place of residence, a ban on contact with witnesses and obligatory reporting at a local police station.
