Tahirovic Case Referred to Mostar
The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, renders a decision, referring the case against Mirsad Tahirovic, who is charged with crimes in the Jablanica area, to the Cantonal Court in Mostar.

The State Prosecution charges Tahirovic with having participated in the torture, abuse and pillaging of property of civilians and prisoners of war, who were unlawfully detained in “The Battle of Neretva” Museum and at “Rogica Kuce” in Jablanica in 1993.
The Prosecution alleges that Tahirovic committed these crimes as a member of the “Zulfikar” Special Squad with the Main Command Headquarters of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, ABiH.
The Court of BiH confirmed the indictment against Tahirovic in November last year. A month later he pleaded not guilty.
