They are charged with the unlawful detention of the civilian population, murder and inhumane treatment of people in the period from September 1995 to July 1996.

The indictment, which was confirmed on January 12, alleges that Saran was Chief of the Public Safety Station in Bosanska Krupa, Hadziosmanagic-Tadzic was Commander of the Police Station, Sabic was Commander of the Police Section, while Kadic was policeman in Jasenica.
