He is charged with having raped a Bosniak female.

The indictment alleges that, in June 1992 Marjanovic came to a building in Capаrde, where Bosniak women, who had been deported from the Brcko area, were unlawfully detained.

He is charged with having committed rape and sexual abuse in an extremely brutal manner, using force and threats.

At that time Marjanovic was allegedly member of the Bircanska Brigade with the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, also known as the “Sekovacka Guards”.

The indictment was confirmed on December 31.
